Wiring Problems

Since we have computers at home, wiring problems are a little bit common for us. We have a wiring loom found here and another one there. So I told my husband that I want these things to be done. The he agreed too because we have children and it might pose future accidents.

My husband tied the wires with plastics. He said that this is the most efficient one since we keep on moving our computers. Then I agreed, at least we can see a little prim and proper around.

A Month More

We only have a month left here in our rented house. My husband and I together with our youngest will be going home to our home town next month. We will bring with us all our belongings including our appliances. And because of this, I find it futile to buy a bulb for our outdoor lighting. It seems that it would be rather uses since we will be packing up soon.

Anyway, since we have two dogs, who are by the way very noisy when they see a stranger, is enough to ward away suspecting characters. I guess I shall leave the bulb replacement with the landlord. I am sure he will do it since he will make the house comfortable for the next people who will rent their house.

Christmas Decorations

Christmas is just a few months away. When I visited the mall today, I already saw a store starting to put up their Christmas decorations that are up for sale. They have placed tall Christmas trees and even placed those with C7 led christmas lights. So, far I haven’t seen Christmas balls and bells. I guess they were just starting to put up their displays.

Speaking about Christmas decorations, I just remembered that I needed to buy a new Christmas tree and lights. My old one is all broken and my old Christmas tree doesn’t have its base and some of its branches. That also means that I probably need to save up for decorations for this Christmas!

Considering Faux Wood Blinds

I am seriously considering of buying faux wood blinds. I think installing blinds on our room would save me a lot in terms of money. Using blinds on windows would mean lesser laundry soap usage as we don’t need to wash it like curtains do. Aside from that, since dust won’t hold on to the blinds as much as curtains, that means my children will have lesser or no asthma attack at all! So this means lesser trip to the hospital resulting to lesser to no hospital bills, doctor’s fee and medicines!

So, what do you think? Is my idea great or excellent?

Idea for a wedding present

One of my online friends is going to get married this summer, and she invited me to their wedding. I have been looking for something to give her as a gift that would last and meaningful, kind of like something that she can use and remember our friendship. When I went to Shoe Mart, there was a wide array of stuff that I can buy for her as a wedding gift. I’ve been contemplating between the electronic and the china wares. Now, since fine china’s are really expensive, I need to be wise in choosing the right one. When I got home, another friend of mine and I checked online for wholesale china collectibles, and compare prices. We found out that it’s more affordable to get authentic ones online, there’s a variety of designs you can choose from too, and they come with certificates of authenticity. I’m sure that she’d love to have them as decorations, because of the intricate designs and the fragility, she may just decide to put them on a locked glass shelf or something.

Looking for a brand new home.

So, last time that I had an encounter with the headless horseman, I’ve decided to look for a new place. I went to my son’s school for his report card distribution, my daughter and I scouted a little bit for an apartment to rent in the area. We found none available at this time, but there were Smartbro Antennaes, which was my primary concern. I also went online and made an inquiry, posted a want ad, and to my dismay I received response people asking me how much my place is, what in the world? I was looking for a place not for people to rent my place. People thought that I am a landlady looking for renters. Arghness!

So, moral of the story is; no matter how articulated and clear your want ad is, people who don’t really read will still inquire from you.
