Tuesday Couch Potatoes : Order in the court
I so love this Tuesday Couch Potatoes theme because I’m so into courtroom dramas! I’ve been a fan of The Practice, Law & Order, didn’t really like Ally McBeal (carry!), Judging Amy, & the classic Boston Legal! Of course that in a lot of these scenes, most of them aren’t accurate because each case even if they have similarities varies from each other and considering USA is a big country, each of these states have different judicial procedures. What I love most are the punch lines, and my mind would really go wild in thinking “if it were me, this is what I’m going to say…” it gives me the blood rush, hehehe.
In movies, I think I can say these are my faves:
To Kill A Mockingbird (1962), I have the book and I read it. I give it five glistening stars!
Erin Brockovich (2000), Julia Roberts is just classic, and I liked the spunk of her character Erin.
I long to see this film; Amistad (1997). How cool can Matthew McConaughey get, huh?
And last but not the least; Law Abiding Citizen

I haven’t seen “Mockingbird,” but the book was great. I loved it. Also Erin. Good choices there!

I’ve seen all in your list except To Kill a Mockingbird. That one is a classic and on my list of must-see. I’ve just seen law abiding citizen, I really liked it a lot too. Erin is an award winning movie too. Amistad with ‘freedom’ and I love courtroom tv dramas. I watched judging amy in hallmark too.

hello momma riza! wow! that’s a lot of movies! i loved watching AMISTAD and ERIN too. I did miss the other two but I’ve heard from hubby that To Kill A Mockingbird is a great movie. Well, there will always be my movies-to-watch-list to remind me.. hehe!
